Ronel’s experience in the financial banking sector provided an invaluable background when she joined the NeoTrend Group 24 years ago. Ronel completed the NQF5 qualification and has been a registered Principal Property Practitioner since 2004.

Defining a business system for NeoTrend and creating a self-supporting real estate entity are her proudest achievements and from being able to empower people, mobilising a team towards common goals, and creating a working environment of trust, care and respect.
